Reservations:

Check-in time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM. Please make arrangements in advance if you will not be arriving within that time frame. Check out time is 11:00AM.

Please advise us of any allergies prior to your stay. We are happy to make accomodations for you.

We are a smoke-free bed and breakfast. However, smoking is allowed on the porches with respect to other guests.

We do accept well-behaved and quiet dogs.

Some rooms can accomodate a third person on a cot. Please let us know prior to your stay if this is needed.

Business travelers are welcome, as well as corporate accounts.

Arrangements can be made for business meetings and small conferences for groups up to 12 people.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your reservation date to receive a partial refund (cost of stay minus $15 service fee).

Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation date will only be refunded if we are able to fill the vacancy.
